3. Retention and Rotation Policy

	The mirror operates under a rolling retention model:
	
	Files are rotated on a weekly basis.
	
	Upon commencement of a new week:
	
	The newly completed week's delta files are added.
	
	Delta files older than two completed weeks are permanently removed.
	
	This process ensures that, at any given time, the mirror contains only the two most recent completed weeks of delta files.
